Sugarland's Chicory is a farm favorite for sure! She is super dense and one of the cutest on our farm. She carries an amazing staple length, beautiful top knot and great leg coverage. Her crimp structure is broader, and her rich dark brown fleece is dreamy soft. When she is ready, we would breed her to RGR Pascal.

Gabby is gorgeous girl out of our 2019 Supreme Champion Male, Sugarland's Challenger. Gabby carries the same super dense fleece and eye-catching crimp style that we have grown to expect from her Sire. Gabby is offered for sale and can be bred to RGR Pascal when she is ready.

WOW....This girl is amazing! The highest frequency crimp that we have produced at Sugarland. Judge Beverly Brehm described Keepsake as having a "Merino style fleece" when she awarded her the Judges Choice at the Illinois Alpaca & Fiber Festival. Keepsake carries an unbelievably dense, fine fleece that is very similar to her sire, Majestic's Dominant. Keepsake has an absolutely gorgeous head style and a rock-solid frame like her sire. Majestic's Dominant is a full Peruvian dark fawn male who is phenotypically perfect with advanced dark fawn fleece. His fleece is dreamy soft and bright with great density, beautiful character, long staple length and uniformity that runs from his top knot through his blanket and down to his toes. He is sired by multiple Futurity Champion Jeremiah's Peruvian Jumanji who is a 19X Champion, Judges Choice and Specialty Award winning herdsire. His grandsire, Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, is a multiple champion winner and producer as well as Herdsire of the Year so the depth of quality in this line runs deep. Dominant won first place in his class at the 2017 AOA National Show in Denver and then went on to win the Reserve Champion, behind the Champion Val D Lsere. Dominant has won 8 banners at just 18 months of age and also Judges Choice at the 2017 Southern Select Alpaca Show under Judges Jude Anderson and Jill McLeod. We are both honored and excited to have Dominant at Sugarland Alpacas and are looking forward to him entering our breeding program. We will be offering a limited number of outside breedings to this amazing young male. Update-We took 5 Dominant offspring to the 2021 AOA National Show and were awarded 4 first place, 1 second place, 2 Color Champions and 1 Supreme Champion Update-Dominant won the 2021 Futurity Herdsire of the Year in the Small Breeder division.

Sugarland's Challenger began his show career at the 2019 AOA Nationals in Denver where he was awarded the Supreme Champion Dark Male at just 10 months of age. He then went on to win a total of 7 Champion Banners and 3 more Judges Choice Awards at the Spring Shows before turning one year old. Challenger has been described by Judges as a "Powerhouse fleece producer" and having fleece like "I've never seen before". Carrying an "Extraordinary amount of fleece on a rock-solid frame" having "Unique crimp style going from his top knot all the way to his knees". " Superior density and fineness with an oily feel" Challenger's sire is Snowmass Paso Robles who carries extreme density on a compact frame and his dam is Majestic's Peruvian Demetria, our 13 Time Champion Jumanji daughter.

Ricochet is the amazing result of crossing our Majestic's Dominant, a Jumanji Son, with one of our many Elite Maximus Girls. Dominant, like his Sire, carries a beautiful dense fleece with a tight crimp structure from his top knot to his toes. All of this on a rock-solid frame. Ricochet's Dam, Sugarland's Sedona, is a light fawn super fine girl with perfect conformation and a sweet personality. It's no surprise that Ricochet has such extreme fineness given his Grandsire is The Elite Maximus, who carried a low micron fleece way into his later years. Ricochet was awarded the Reserve Champion in the Halter Class at the 2020 AOA Nationals at just 8 months of age. The Fawn Classes were huge and the competition was tough, so we were very honored that he received such an awesome placement. Update April 12, 2022- Dominant's Ricochet of Sugarland was awarded the prestigious Futurity Male Judges Choice this weekend in Kansas City. What a wonderful ride it has been, and we have always felt blessed to have the privilege of showing Ricochet and to be by his side in the ring. We made the choice several months ago to have The Futurity be the final halter show for our boy, so it is both exciting and humbling to be awarded the Judges Choice at his final walk in the show ring. Ricochet has been awarded a total of 22 Champion Banners and 10 Judges Choice in his show career including 2 AOA National Supreme Champions. And now, at just 33 months of age, it is time for Ricochet to begin a new chapter and join our Herdsire row at Sugarland Ranch. We will be offering a limited number of outside breeding's to Ricochet each year beginning in 2023. Please contact us to reserve a breeding. We have matched Ricochet up with some of our elite females and will have offspring available in 2023.

Sugarland's Kingston stepped into the show ring his very first time at the 2024 AOA Nationals where he was awarded the Reserve Champion in what Judge Amanda VandenBosch referred to as "the most competitive class of the weekend". Kingston then went on to win the Brown Color Champion in Walking Fleece that same weekend. Kingston was just 9-months old when he competed in the National Show and has since acquired many more banners and has grown into a beautiful yearling with a very macho look. He definitely grabs everyone's attention at the farm and in the show ring. Kingston will impress you with his extreme staple length, gorgeous crimp from head to toe and his buttery soft handle.
